The book will be sent when the funds are cleared. This is approximately 4 working days from time of receiving the cheque or postal order, and its submission to the bank. Deliveries are First Class via Royal Mail, which usually arrive the next working day (as per Royal Mail guidelines). Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with the book after its arrival, you must contact the Author/Publisher on the above stated E-mail address to state your intention to return the book. Your request to return the book cannot be later than 20 days from the date it was first posted to you. Any request to return the item after this time will be refused, and the purchase made and the transaction will stand. If you notify the Author/Publisher within the above time limit via E-mail of your intention to want to return the book, then a Return Address will be provided for you to send it back. The book must be sent back in the original packaging. When it is received back a full refund of the money paid through Google Checkout will be made. However, you yourself will cover the postage cost of returning the book to the Author/Publisher. You will not be refunded the return postage cost. |
